Stress hair loss? How to stop it!

Stop stressing-Yoga is the best thing for this, also is meditation, you must relax and remember that nothing is permanent in this world so there is no need to stress over it and lose hair

Stress is not only bad fro your hair, it also bad for your health. Be sure to get lots of sleep and you want to make sure that you are eating properly
